Welcome to Creative Campus. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

By creating an account and using the app, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Creative Campus is an education app that provides courses, lessons, and learning progress, with a personal account for students and instructors.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run your account and the learning features in the app:

Account data

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Password (stored in hashed form; we do not keep it as plain text)

Profile data (only if you add it)

  • Profile photo
  • Display title shown in the app
  • Student account type, if used

Learning data inside the app

  • Enrolled courses
  • Lesson progress
  • Exams, assignments, and certificates linked to your account
  • Wishlist
  • In-app support or chat messages, if you use them
  • Attendance records, if enabled for your account

Device and notifications

  • A device notification identifier (only to send account and learning alerts)
  • Language and display preferences stored on your device

Files stored on your device

  • Educational content you download for offline viewing may be stored on your device only. You can remove it from the app or from device settings.

This policy does not cover financial data collection, and account creation is not described as depending on third-party sign-in services.

3. How we use data

We use your data to:

  • Create your account, sign you in, and manage your profile
  • Deliver courses and lessons and track progress
  • Send notifications about your account or learning content
  • Answer support requests
  • Protect the account from unauthorized use
  • Improve app stability and fix issues (we do not sell your data)

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who can access data

  • Authorized operations staff, only as needed to run the service.
  • Data may be hosted on the platform’s infrastructure provider in order to run the app.
  • We do not share your data with others for marketing.

We may disclose limited information if required by applicable law, and only as much as needed.

5. How long we keep data

We keep account data while the account is active. When the account is deleted, we delete or de-identify personal data in operating systems, keeping only what may be required for technical or legal reasons in a form that does not identify you where possible.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app:

Account / Settings → Delete Account

After the request is confirmed, you cannot sign in with that account. You may register again later with the same email or phone if you wish.

If you cannot open the app, contact us using the details below to request deletion.

7. Your choices

Depending on the feature, you can:

  • View and update your name, phone number, and profile photo
  • Change your password
  • Delete your account

To request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question, contact us.

8. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect accounts (including encryption in transit and hashed passwords). No internet transmission is fully secure. Please choose a strong password and do not share it.

9. Learners under the age of majority

The app is for learning. If a user is under the age of majority in their country, a parent or guardian should supervise use. If you believe an account was created without appropriate consent, contact us to delete it.

10. External links

The app may contain links to other sites or tools used to view learning content. Their privacy practices are independent of ours. Please read those policies before using them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top is the reference. Continued use of the app after an update means you have had the chance to read the new version.
